it. We can “key-in” the plumber, stock your refrigerator and bar,
even schedule a personal chef.
We are also proud to offer Professional Home Monitoring. Yes, we can
be home when you are not.

Who is home when you are not?
Many real estate investors are new to Florida. Some purchase
property and then go home for weeks, or months at a time, leaving
the property unattended. Anything can happen. Since Florida is the
lightning capital of the U.S., power outages are common. There may
be a small leak that, left alone, will cause damage. Any amount of
moisture can cause mold. Mold can begin to grow within 24 to 48
hours and can, quite literally, destroy your home and furnishings.
Insurance coverage, for mold damage, is very limited.
The key is prevention. The only way to do this is to have your
home checked regularly. We offer Professional Home Monitoring. The
intention is not to scare you, but to impress upon you the
importance of having your property looked after. Our Home Monitors
use a comprehensive checklist and pay attention to the details. We
can’t guarantee that something won’t happen but, it is better to
catch a problem in a matter of days instead of weeks or months. This
is an affordable way to protect your investment.

delivered. We offer Vendor Key-In Service, coordination of
contracted services for interior and exterior annual/periodic
maintenance and repair.
We can schedule your cleaning service and act as a
liaison for a variety of vendors like handyman service, hurricane
shutters installation, plumbers, window cleaners., mold specialists,
disaster clean-up, car detailing and more.
We attend to the management needs of your property by
handling calls from the renter and coordinating any necessary
services. We work with experienced suppliers who will do high
quality work at the fairest prices. We make the phone calls, get
price bids and oversee the project. We are proud of our resources
and continually endeavor to exceed your expectations.
